COSME is a subcommittee of the Spanish Economic Association founded to monitor the position of women in the economics profession and to undertake activities that improve women’s position.
Among other activities, COSME celebrates the COSME Conference in the Simposio de Análisis Económico (the annual meeting of the Spanish Economic Association) and promotes research projects on topics related to gender and the socio-economic status of women.
In addition, COSME offers a day-care children service at the Simposio de Análisis Económico. More information at Simposio de Análisis Económico (SAE).
